Otto Fields
Our big goofball. He has never met a tennis ball he did not have strong feelings about, and he greets every visitor like a long-lost friend.

Otto is the loudest presence in the house, and I mean that affectionately. He is the dog who brings you a ball while you are carrying laundry, the one who is somehow always in the doorway you need to walk through, and the one who greets a stranger at the gate with his whole body.
He is also completely soft. In four years he has not so much as curled a lip at anything, including the cat, who has given him every reason to.
Otto’s puppies tend to be busy and confident, and they tend to want a job. If your household is active and you actively want a dog who is in the middle of everything, his litters are the ones to look at. If you want something calmer, Bramble is your dog and I will tell you so.

How we choose which dogs to breed
All of our parent dogs are health-checked by our veterinarian and looked over before any breeding. We breed only healthy, well-tempered dogs from our own line, and we have raised our litters with no known hereditary health problems. We do not make formal certification claims, because we do not run formal certification programmes, and a claim we cannot back is worth less than nothing to you.
Temperament decides more than looks do. A dog who is anxious, sharp, or unhappy around people does not go into a litter here, whatever else is true about him.
