Email is the only way to reach us, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. We are a household, not an office, and a written thread means nothing gets lost or misremembered between the first message and a puppy going home.
If you are writing about a particular puppy, the form on that puppy's page tells us which one straight away and saves a round trip. Here are the puppies we have now.
What to tell us
Nothing formal. Who is in the household, whether there are other animals, roughly how much of the day someone is home, and whether you have had a large active dog before. We place puppies by fit rather than by who wrote first, and that is the information that lets us do it properly.
What we will not do
- Pressure you with other interested buyers. If a puppy is reserved, we say so on the page.
- Let a puppy go before 8 weeks.
- Discuss payment before we have both decided this is right. Nothing about money appears anywhere on this site for that reason.
